That same moment when your best moment becomes your worst nightmare.

Enjoy the thrills of how far life would sacrifice for love. Yesterday is always a shadow you can not escape, today is a dream worth living, yet tomorrow shall forever remain the wonder of nature hidden to all.

A *shattered* past in itself is a shattered tomorrow.

*SHATTERED*

EPISODE 26

We got to the room and met my other two aunties in there. As soon as Quaku Adepa Nyamekye saw them, he panicked.

"Eii med)ba Quaku, woyere yi de3, neho) f3 paaoo", one of my aunties said. He smiled to that.
I took Ma-uuda by the hand and showed her to my mum. "Mummy, this is the friend we were talking about". "O okay. My dear, congratulations. My son will take care of you. He is the best man you can get. I thought I heard Quaku's voice here. Where is he?", my mum asked. Ma-uuda was surprised. She took Quaku by the hand and asked him to sit by her. "Quaku, I know this will be difficult but don't allow it to take the best of you", she continued. Just when she was talking, we heard a knock on the door.

The fellow was told to enter. It was Ma-uuda's father. "What is going on here and who is that sleeping there?", he asked. He came closer to look at who was on the bed. We don't know where that strength came from but my mum managed to get up from the bed and gave him a dirty slap. We all rushed to stop her but the man insisted we left her to do whatever she wanted to do. He deserved any bad treatment from her. My aunties seemed to know what was going on but they didn't want to tell us anything. My mum cried as she held him by his collar. I tried so hard to stop my mum. I told her she was disgracing me, but her reply pushed me back. "Disgrace? Do you know disgrace? Disgrace is when a man gives birth with you to two children and suddenly flees without any traces. Disgrace is when he runs away with everything you both have toiled for." At this time, I wanted to hear more. "He is the reason why we are struggling to make ends meet. He is the reason why I am on this bed", she continued.

"Quaku, this is your sister and that is your biological father. He ran away after impregnating me with my second child with all we had suffered to gain. There was no one to help me. It was that time that your auntie offered to help by going with you to the states. I had to suffer to raise Dede here. Ask him where he's been all these while. I will kill him today. No wonder he never turned up whenever we asked to meet the bride to be's father. He rather sent delegates as if he was sending people for peace keeping.
