Final episode


He smiled and nodded, planted a gentle kiss on my forehead to tell me "I'm urs".
It was just one kind of feeling I couldn't hide. I was soo happy that I forgot I had to go back. I spent the night there with him. It was wonderful.

That night, my boo called and you could just imagine the look on my face. He realised it and gave me the go ahead to pick up. I did though but felt uneasy. The voice that followed scared me. It was a lady's voice.

" Is that Akua?" She couldn't wait for me to respond. "If she isn't the one, help me  deliver this message to her. Tell her that the guy he's been fooling with is my guy. If I should grab her anywhere around him, I swear, she wouldn't like me nor ever love to see a guy.
Tell her not to make any mistake in calling the guy, and as for the guy, he's here with me enjoying". I heard him giggle at the background...and that was all. She Finally hanged up on me.

I tried calling back to be sure of what just happened. Who knows, it may be a dream. I was fortunate this time round, my guy picked.

Does it mean he's been seeing me as a fool all this time? Why then did he wanted to pay me a visit? He was bold enough to tell me it was over. He didn't wait for me to ask him where I went wrong. He hanged up and put off his phone.

What? I wanted a break up but not this way. Anyway, I'm happy with my Joe so what else? He looked at me and asked again "Are you sure you wanna make it happen with me?".

It  took me less than a micro second to answer him. "I wanna be with you". He got closer to his wardrobe, reached for a nice package, opened it and took my finger.

Will u be my baby? He asked once more to be sure. I answered in astonishment. He placed the promise ring on my finger and kissed me again.

It wasn't easy for us as we went along but we managed to strive through. There were difficult moments for us but the love kept us together.

Joe and I got married in less than 2 years. Though he isn't in the country, the love keeps growing. We are currently expecting our first  baby. I'm just hoping it's a boy so I name him after his father.
